Well, Loki still feels the only reason Thor ever came after him was misguided loyalty and affection. While his anger and rage over Thor has died down a fair bit, the hurt and bitterness still remains and he refuses to talk about Thor to anyone, even Spock. The subject of Thor is still very personal to him. The truth is, Loki doesn't know how he feels about Thor, where he stands with him and whether a brother in name is enough. Ultimately, he's not enough to be Thor's brother, no matter what he says. He has nothing to show for it, he has no success, he's won no fight, he is a terrible Asguardian. And that still rankles deep.
So Loki's feelings on Thor are complicated. Love, hate, anger, hurt and the constant itch that now Thor got him to Asgard and justice, he's been forgotten.
